Established in 1973, R. Betts Construction Ltd has an outstanding reputation as a Reinforced Concrete and Precast Installation Specialist throughout the industry. Although based in the North West of England, contracts have been undertaken in Scotland, North East, North Wales, Wales, Midlands, South Wales, Yorkshire, Lancaster and as far south as Hertfordshire, Gloucestershire and London.
As a well established FRC and Precast Installation sub-contractor and preferred supply chain partner to many of the countries main contractors, R. Betts Construction Ltd is renowned for completing projects safely, on time, to budget and with outstanding workmanship.
The company’s long standing, proactive and responsive management team, have a wealth of knowledge in all aspects associated with reinforced concrete construction. We pride ourselves on the standard of contract management provided to all the projects we undertake ensuring complete service delivery every time, which, regardless of the size of contract, each site will have regular visits by one of our companies Directors.
We provide all aspects of reinforced concrete construction for the building and civil engineering industry. We can adapt the services we provide to suit our clients’ needs, from full labour plant and materials to labour and temporary materials to a labour only basis. Our Site Managers have a range of qualifications ranging from, NEBOSH, SMSTS, SSSTS, SEAT, APPOINTED PERSONS. R Betts Construction also maintains an excellent training regime for its employees and labour only sub-contractors, this includes Appointed Persons, Crane Supervisors and Slinger Signaller’s, scaffold inspections, PAT testing, MEWP and PASMA. All our staff and operatives are CSCS, CPCS approved.

Our commitment to a sustainable business and supply chain relationships
Our commitment to HSQE has always extended beyond our clients initiatives and policies. The FT14001 programme was completed in 2008 which developed an ISO14001 compliant environmental policy and procedures. This has now been extended to a UKAS accredited third party assessed integrated management system (IMS), which combines ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 45001.
